We finished up the immerse stage by conducting user research through proxies via LGBTQ+ organization articles, testimonies online, etc., as we still have not been able to connect with users personally. We compiled all of our research into key insights, mainly focusing on how LGBTQ+ youth have a lack of access to beneficial resources and don’t know how to go about finding them. We defined our measures of success for the project to mainly focus on user satisfaction with the case management service, and our design goals followed this line of thinking, still keeping our major insights in mind. 

Our goals currently are to hopefully have a site visit soon, have contact with Montrose Grace Place to discuss their own case management, and have a successful Midsemester Review!
