The most challenging aspect our team faced this past semester was connecting with our CP, Angie. In our first attempts to meet with her, she made a last-minute cancellation, forcing us to reschedule our meeting with her to an unfavorable time that was weeks later. This put us behind the majority of the other groups in kickstarting the identify step of the design process. However, after finally meeting with her and other Baker Ripley representatives, we were able to attain a lot of information regarding the current state of the organization in addition to other statistics covering events and operations. The most rewarding part of this journey, though, has been being able to work with our primary users, the seniors who attend these centers. Interviewing them during site visits and asking them about their experiences at these centers was beneficial in formulating our solution for handoff and in gaining a better picture of who our solution was going to benefit.
