For our ideate process, our team started by individually brainstorming potential solutions on sticky notes and then came back together to organize them into different groups. After each member voted on the ideas that they liked, we found that there were mainly two solutions that we wanted to focus on: personalized case management service for clients and making case management feedback accessible and anonymous. We discussed that tailoring meetings on a case-by-case basis would be most effective in order to support individual clients’ situations. We also thought that making the feedback form anonymous would be essential since the new case management service could really benefit from honest feedback from clients.
We are planning to do our site visit this week, and we’re really looking forward to getting to connect with the users!
