In the testing phase of our project, our goal was to get feedback on our CAB framework and find out what users, potential CAB members, and AAH would like to see most out of it. To do this, we created a rough draft of our CAB framework and a google form that people could respond to as a way to give us their feedback. This form contained a link to our framework draft so anyone responding to it could look over the draft while they were answering questions. We first asked general questions about aesthetics and what the overall framework contained, and then we made sections about each segment of the framework so users could choose one to give detailed feedback on without being too burdened by reading the whole framework. The responses we got from this form mostly agreed that our CAB framework was easy to understand, but it could use more visuals in order to break up all the text. We also got comments to add a table of contents and to clarify the recruitment strategies and application process. After looking at these responses, we created our finalized CAB framework. Taking into account the comments, we made sure to clarify each section and leave room for photos of AAH users and a table of contents. Though still a work in progress, this feedback was essential to how we designed our final framework with our users and community partners in mind. Segments of our testing form are pictured below.
